This weekend I had the privilege of hanging out with Summer & Ray.  We headed down to Charlottesville for a photo shoot adventure!  It was so much fun to hang out with them and get to know them better, all while taking some sweet pics!  Summer & Ray – Enjoy your sneak peak!

So, back in March we attempted to do a 1 year shoot for Teagan’s birthday.  Well, the day we choose it happened to drop 20 some odd degrees from the day before and the wind was rough.  We were tough though, we could do it.  So we ventured out early (6:50 am people!) into the district to catch good light and hopefully avoid the crowds.  By the time we got there Teagan was starting to get a little crabby, but it was nothing a few snacks couldn’t solve.  We found a spot to start and I started shooting.  Maybe a half hour later Teagan let us know that he was done   His dad, Dana, made me promise that I wouldn’t delete this pic.  I think we all felt a little of what Teegan was feeling.

Take 2 happened about a month and a half later (it was delayed multiple time due to the large quanities of rain we had).  This time Teagan was in a great mood!  I got some great pics of him and his parents.  So without further ado…….

As I drove though the district this afternoon all I could think about was “Please God, let the rain hold off!”  I was on my way to photograph cutie, Asher, and his mom & dad.  Thankfully the rain did hold off and we had a great time!  I had a special treat as well.  My sweet hubby, Brandon, came with me on the shoot.  He did such a great job of getting Asher to smile and laugh – mostly through jumping around and acting like a monkey!  Oh the things adults will do to see the sweet smile of a little one.  Tracy & Deenesh, enjoy your sneak peak!
