Andrea & Austin ~ Virginia Engagement Photography
August 21, 2009This shoot was nothing short of amazing! We had bearable weather (for DC at this time of year!) w/no rain, gorgeous couple, and many laughs! Not to mention we ended the night with a dinner at The Good Stuff Eatery (the rosemary fries are amazing!). We were going for an urban look so we ventured down to the Eastern Market/Capitol Hill area. I am pretty certain we got our desire:-)
It is getting late, so let me just say this…..Andrea & Austin – it was such a pleasure getting to know the both of you more. You are such a special couple and I can not wait to see what God has in store for your life. I hope that you enjoy the pics and that they bring you many laughs.
♥Heather
The couple has a normal walk route through an Arlington neighborhood that they take often and one day while they were on their walk Austin popped the question! They wanted some pics at that corner to remember that moment. I was more than happy to oblige:-)

Come on who can resist a random red door??? They make amazing pics!

Andrea is the “queen” of recycling! If she sees a bottle on the road she will carry that bottle miles just so she can recycle it. So, when I saw the big blue recycle bins I could not resist. She is one of the few people in the world who can make recycling look sexy:-)

Really….wow….this image gets me so excited about photography.

Ok, so as I was processing these pics I was hanging out at a local coffee shop (Buzz). I got to this pic and one of the baristas walked by and stopped dead in her tracks and said, “man he is HOT!!!” Austin – you are looking pretty studly in this image:-)

For this next one I will give someone a $5 starbucks card if you can guess where this was (comment below with a valid email address)

I was so excited when we were walking through a random back alley and saw this car. Come on, how awesome is this?

There are so many more good ones that I did not feature, but are in the slide show below, you’ll want to check it out!

Andrea: Heather, Austin and I had such a wonderful time during our shoot and we adore the images you were able to capture. Cannot wait to share our special day with you, and your lens...
kim: Gorgeous! I think that the photo under the trees is somewhere near the Capitol, but I don't know exactly...and, I could be totally wrong at that!
admin: You are so very close! You are the only one to even get remotely close....I think I smell a Pumpkin Spice latte:)
